For the second time this year, Offset is being sued by a jeweler for failing to pay the full amount while buying jewelry.

The Georgia rapper is in debt with Beverly Hills jeweler Peter Marco in the amount of $47,000, according to TMZ. Marco has filed a lawsuit against the rapper along with COO of Quality Control Kevin Lee aka Coach K today New Year's Eve (December 31). The lawsuit alleges that in 2018, Offset bought jewelry worth $110,000 but only paid $63,000 at the time. The jeweler's legal team sent a letter to the Migos member in early December with a demand for payment within seven days and has still been left unpaid.

Marco is now suing for the remaining balance with interest and attorney fees, however Coach K was shocked when he heard the news of the civil case and advised that he had no knowledge of the sale and didn't even know who the jeweler was. Offset was sued for the same offense in September by another jewelry except this suit claims he had $359,490 worth of jewels in his possession but has ignored payment requests.
