The rapper sat down with Honey German in our Hennessy interview lounge after she absolutely smashed her Powerhouse 2019 set. The Icy Queen revealed the criteria of being an Icy Girl:
"Everyone thinks it's all about the ice, but really it's all about that hustler mentality. An Icy Girl is all about her money, her business, and her family."
Later, Saweetie gushed over boyfriend and fellow Powerhouse 2019 performer Quavo. She said that he’s her boo and supports her no matter what.
What's up next for Saweetie? She's currently working on her third EP and feels she has finally got a hold on what she is, what she wants to represent and what she wants to say in her music. The rapper also announced that she is going to be acting in an ABC series in the near future.
Finally, she wanted to give a shoutout to her icy girls because they rep her so hard. "Thank you fans!"
