Hosted by the HypeBeast Fashion blog, the event's major goal is inspire says the founder Kevin Ma. The event promised and delivered a weekend of shopping, music, art & fun-filled panels. Hypefest goers were greeted by vendor tables by Adidas, Moncler and Diesel. According to a NYTimes article, Mr Ma. says "We want people to really have an experience as opposed to shopping".
We are extremely excited to see the progression of this event. It is a bit refreshing to see a brand have an event that is not money driven and just wants inspire others to be cool and be themselves
