On Monday Feb. 19th FX premiered Season 2 of their series Atlanta at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles. Donald Glover joined his co-stars Zazie Beetz, Brian Tyree Henry, Lakeith Stanfield, Griffin Freeman and RJ Walker for the viewing of season 2 which is being btw is being renamed to the Atlanta Robbin Season.
If you recall, season 1 introduced us to Earn Marks (played by Danny Glover), a store manager trying to get his cousin Alfred’s (played by Brian Tyree Henry) rap career off the ground all while trying to be a great father and maintain healthy relationships with his best friend and baby mother Vanessa aka Van(played by Zazie Beetz) and Alfred’s best friend Darius (played by RJ Walker).
We have been waiting for the premiere of season 2 so we couldn’t be more excited for its return! The second season of Atlanta Robbin’ Season, will premiere on FX Thursday, March 1 at 10 p.m. ET.
