Today marks a year after the passing away of this revolutionary boxing legend Muhammad Ali. He not only left a legacy by landing punches in the ring, he also changed the world with his words.
Muhammed Ali died after a lifelong battle with Parkison’s disease in Scottsdale, Arizona. Although the legend has left us, the three-time World Heavyweight Champion’s impact on the world won’t be forgotten. His career and his activism touched everyone and changed lives everywhere.
He redefined what is possible for anyone to accomplish. In Ali’s words, “Impossible is just a word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s and opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
Rest in Peace Muhammed Ali. The world is forever grateful for everything you have accomplished and changed in your lifetime.
