Colin Kaepernick continues to prove why he is a role model through his philanthropic efforts and activism.
Colin donated backpacks to the freshman class of DREAM Charter School in Harlem after just a few weeks ago he donated $25,000 to We Are Dream.
DREAM is a youth development organization that aims to provide young boys and girls with opportunities to acknowledge their potential and know their dreams and works with over 2,200 kids every year at the DREAM Charter School and after-school and summer programs.
