Adidas doesn't want people reselling their sneakers anymore. Sneaker reselling has managed to become a million dollar business and with limited releases by sneaker brands, popular sneaker models end up being resold for thousands of dollars. With the limited release of their blue Ace 16 Purecontrol Ultra Boost, Adidas made it very clear resellers were not welcomed at their flagship store on 5th Avenue. "Adidas-Group will not sell product to any person who Adidas believes intends to resell merchandise", it read.
