LaVar Ball, the hilarious and outspoken father of NBA prospect Lonzo Ball, made a controversial comment during a recent interview. He said that his son's loss in the NCAA tournament was because of slow white players.
"Realistically, you can’t win no championship with three white guys because the foot speed is too slow," Ball said. "I told Lonzo, 'One of these games, you might need to go for 30 or 40 points.' It turned out that was the one game. Then, once they get to the Elite 8, they’re right there."
Ball didn't mention any names, but it won't be hard to figure out who's he's blaming for UCLA's loss against Kentucky.
