According to EW Chadwick Boseman's death certificate has been released and it reveals that the actor has been laid to rest in his home state of South Carolina. The actor passed away nearly three weeks ago on August 28th after a 4 year long battle with Colon Cancer. He was buried at the Welfare Baptist Church Cemetery on September 3rd near his birthplace of Anderson, South Carolina.
