Clearly, Tekashi 6ix9ine can't win nowadays... (except for being 9/9 on Billboard, of course) 6ix9ine posted a picture of himself in the hospital recently but left zero detail as to what happened. Fans were in a frenzy trying to figure out what happened to the Brooklyn rapper.
We all knew 6ix9ine was out of town because of his Brooklyn home being raided by NYPD which led them to find guns present. Tekashi's defense was that he had been on the road for a while and tons of people have been in and out of the home recently.
Here's why Tekashi 6ix9ine was in the hospital: Tekashi's jeweler, JxmmyBoi posted on his Instagram story that they had flipped an ATV during the trip added that that "4 out of 12 of us got injured today." Then he added "#PrayFor69 which made us believe he was seriously injured.
6ix9ine is still active on Instagram, so we are glad to hear that at least he's alive.
