It feels like it has been forever since Lil Wayne announced "Tha Carter V" years ago but the time has finally come when we will see its release.
In a video posted to Lil Wayne's Twitter he has announced that the album will finally be dropping this year on his Birthday which happens to be this Thursday (September 27th)
