This year's Freshman Class was revealed by XXL in early in June revealed to include Trippie Redd, J.I.D, Smokepurpp, Ski Mask The Slump God, Lil Pump, Stefflon Don, Blocboy JB, YBN Nahmir, WifisFuneral. While there are normally 10 Freshmen on the cover as the 10th spot is given to someone who was voted in by the fans it was revealed by XXL chief editor via an Interview with The Breakfast Club that the 10th spot was given to Lil Skies who didn't show up to the shoot.
Regardless of what you think about this year's class, you cannot deny the diversity in talent and potential for stardom in the rap game many of these freshmen have.
