Vibes You Must Catch This Summer in NYC & NJ!

It's mid-June and we're already seeing temperatures in the high 90's. Today is the official first day of Summer. Here's a head start on your summer planning.

Each time a summer passes, I look back and tell myself "I should have done more." Needless to say, I'm tired of doing that. This Summer 2018 I want to do it all. Therefore, I have gone ahead and mapped out some fun things to do while the weather is nice and I'm sharing it with you all.

  • Hiking
    • There's plenty of places to hike in the NYC/NJ area. You don't have to go to a huge park with trails, but if you do want to here's some of the best.
      • Bear Mountain Rockland County, New York, USA
        • Two trails over a mile long
        • Scenic mountain top
      • Mt. Tammany Delaware Water Gap, New Jersey, USA
        • Rocky, steep, but pretty short in length
        • For the more advanced
      • Central Park New York City, New York, USA
        • super easy and easy to get to
        • in the heart of NYC
  • Amusement Park
    • Who doesn't love a good rollercoaster ride? Some people actually don't, so here's a park that offers rides and much more.
      • Six Flags Great Adventure / Hurricane Harbour Jackson, NJ
        • Dry rides, water rides, carnival rides, and boardwalk games... Six Flags is a one-stop shop for everything fun.
        • Offers memberships + day passes
  • Outdoor activities
    • Picnik
      • Grab a blanket, a couple of sandwiches, and a Hookah then go enjoy the sun at the park.
    • Fishing
      • This may be more for the guys, but the ladies can grab some rods too. Fishing is fun for everyone, relaxing, and cheap!
    • Beach / Boardwalk
      •  Needless to explain... Just go
    • Paintballing
