A New York Judge has sentenced DMX to serve time in a Federal State Prison for Tax Evasion.
According to TMZ the judge gave him 1 year behind bars, to be followed by 3 years of supervised release which can be considered a good outcome considering federal prosecutors were pushing for the max sentence which would have been 5 years in prison.
DMX, 47, who has been plagued with a string of bad luck when it comes to arrests and contact with the law, sadly is one of the most arrested celebrities in the history of music.
