Kanye West's son, Saint West, is doing well today after spending three nights in a hospital while being treated for pneumonia.
Kim Kardashian took to Twitter today to let everyone know the 2-year-old was doing better and to thank all nurses and doctors of the world who work so hard to help others.
Kim:
"I just want to thanks every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint."
