Rapper Meek Mill is no newbie when it comes to run-ins with the law. This time the rapper is being slammed with a law suit by the family of Travis Ward, a 31-year- old who lost his life outside of Meek Mill's concert last December at the Oakdale Theater in Connecticut. Ward was one of the 5 individuals who shot during the incident, his wound however was fatal.
The family is not only suing Mill but also faulting his violent lyrics for the altercation they believe sparked the crossfire.
According to TMZ, sources say there is no tangible evidence that ties Mill to the shooting, and as a result the case may or may not work in the families favor.
Mill has several musical line-ups in the future and most specifically this Summer so we hope he is not given the raw end of the deal this time around.
