Jordan Peele signed a new deal with Universal Pictures! Universal will have the stakes to claim his next film.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Peele signed a first-look deal under his Monkeypaw Production Company for a two-year deal. Under the deal, Peele will create the follow-up film to his box office hit “Get Out.” Peele will write, direct and produce the untitled thriller, which will consist of a budget that is about five times bigger than the $5 million used to create his last film.
Peele had this to say:
“I am thrilled to continue the work we started together on Get Out — pushing the boundaries of storytelling, not only on the next film but with all of Monkeypaw’s future projects.”
