"It didn't come out good, so somebody should have stopped it. Nobody stopped it." Pepsi did end up issuing an apology for the new ad, saying they clearly missed the mark. Rick Ross has reached a plea deal for his kidnapping and assault charges. The rapper didn't get any jail time, but he does have to pay a $10,000 fine.
