According to theJasmineBRAND.com, Tamar Braxton’s husband/music exec Vince Herbert has blown off a $3.4 million dollar legal battle with Sony Music .
He is accused of refusing to hand over millions owed to the label and now the company has headed to court demanding he be hit with a default judgement. This month, Sony filed a motion for default judgement explaining Vincent Herbert was served with the legal docs and has failed to respond to the allegations in court. They are seeking the full $3.4 mill + interest.
