Rumors have been swirling that former presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton is gearing up to run for mayor of New York City.
Throwing more fuel to the fire, Clinton and Huma Abedin were spotted again in NYC on Thursday and it is unclear if they were shopping or eating lunch.
