Mother Of NLE Choppa's Son Makes Serious Allegations During Custody Battle

The mother of NLE Choppa's son made some serious allegations during their custody battle.

According to a report Complex published on Monday, September 15, the rapper and his son's mother, Marissa Da'Nae, have been embroiled in a legal dispute for the past two months after NLE Choppa filed for sole custody of ChoZen. Da'Nae recently responded by claiming NLE has "not been a consistent parent" and alleged that the artist put her through "emotional and physical abuse throughout their relationship and specifically throughout her pregnancy." Da'Nae also alleged the artist "engaged in acts of neglect, causing the minor child to suffer medical complications and be admitted to the emergency room."

"I can’t believe this b***h is taking me to court about a child he doesn’t even call lmao," Da'Nae wrote on X. "I get so angry just thinking bout this s**t. B***h can’t even tell a mf when’s the last time Chozen been to the doctor or even been to a doctors appointment I tell you what. Chozen’s birthday was a month ago. This b***h has only called once."

"Yeah trying to take me to court for a child he barely see," she continued in response to one of her followers. "A child he had fasting at 1 year old. Saying a child didn’t need to eat 3 times a day. Kids come home starving."

Da'Nae has asked the court to maintain primary custody of the two-year-old child as their legal battle continues. As of this report, NLE Choppa has not addressed Da'Nae's allegations.
