Birdman had fans concerned after he seemingly fell asleep on stage in the middle of a Hot Boys concert.
The Cash Money Records co-founder was on stage with Juvenile, Turk and B.G. during their recent tour stop. In footage that hit the Internet on Tuesday, February 25, you can see Birdman lean forward with his head down while holding a microphone. He stood still for a few seconds without much movement until B.G. came over and checked on him. Birdman slowly began to move again by the end of the clip, but the footage alone sparked plenty of questions from fans.
"What happened to that boy...," one fan commented on X.
"He fell asleep standing up ? I can barley fall asleep laying down wtf," another person said.
Birdman seemed to bounce back quickly. There were no updates about his condition after the show. The Hot Boys hit the stage as part of Lil Weezyana Fest's mini-tour featuring Lil Wayne, the Hot Boys plus Big Tymers Mannie Fresh and Birdman. They kicked things off in Tampa on February 21 and continued to Charlotte, N.C. last Sunday. They're all expected to hit the stage for the tour's final stop in St. Louis on Friday.
The three-night run comes a few months after Weezy and the Hot Boys officially reunited at Lil Weezyana Fest 2024 in New Orleans. All four members hit the stage together to deliver their classics alongside Mannie Fresh and Birdman. It was the first time the group had performed some of the songs in over two decades.
