DJ Khaled Celebrates Two Decades Of Success With 17 New RIAA Certifications

DJ Khaled received a slew of new certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) that confirm he's sold over 75 million records throughout his music career.

On Wednesday, January 29, the Miami-based artist took to Instagram and announced he earned 17 new certifications in addition to his recent Diamond plaque for his song "I'm The One" featuring Quavo, Justin Bieber, Chance The Rapper & Lil Wayne.

"Thank you for over 20 years of riding with me, supporting @wethebest and spreading LOVE! 75 MILLION RECORDS SOLD ! And counting! Bless up," Khaled wrote in his caption.

Khaled's 2017 hit “Wild Thoughts” featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller is officially 8x platinum while his other popular songs “I’m On One” featuring Drake, Rick Ross, & Lil Wayne plus “EVERY I CHANCE I GET” featuring Lil Baby & Lil Durk are both 5x Platinum. Meanwhile, other classics like “Do You Mind” featuring Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, August Alsina, Jeremih, Future, & Rick Ross plus his other Drake-assisted joints “For Free” and “POPSTAR” are now 4x Platinum. “No Brainer” featuring Justin Bieber, Quavo, & Chance the Rapper just went 3x Platinum and “Wish Wish” featuring Cardi B & 21 Savage is now 2x Platinum.

DJ Khaled's other timeless songs “Take It To The Head” featuring Chris Brown, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, & Lil Wayne, and “No New Friends” featuring Drake, Rick Ross, & Lil Wayne have also reached Platinum status for the first time. Meanwhile, his 2011 LP We The Best Forever plus tracks like “Beautiful” featuring Future & SZA, “LET IT GO” featuring Justin Bieber & 21 Savage, “SORRY NOT SORRY” featuring Nas, JAY-Z, & James Fauntleroy, “Welcome To My Hood” featuring Rick Ross, Plies, Lil Wayne, & T-Pain, “I Wish You Would” featuring Ye & Rick Ross, and “I Wanna Be With You” featuring Nicki Minaj, Future, & Rick Ross have all earned Gold status.

Prior to all the RIAA certifications, DJ Khaled celebrated his birthday last month after hosting his 2nd annual Golf Classic in Miami Beach. He's been relatively lowkey since 2025 kicked off, but he's actively preparing for another busy year.
