Lil Yachty surprised fans with some brand new music this week.
On Sunday, June 2, the Concrete Boys founder dropped a fresh playlist filled with previous unreleased songs from his vault. The playlist, dubbed "The Concrete Leak System," holds 14 tracks including solo joints like "Diamonds Dancing," in which he samples Drake & Future's track of the same name, "Virginia Creeper." Some of the songs were recorded last year, like his collaboration with 21 Savage "Part Of The Plan," while others were created as far back as 2021 like his song with Vory called "Roamin."
"Uploaded new songs on the concrete leak system late last night," Yachty confirmed in his X post.
The playlist comes amid Yachty's incredible run following the release of his experimental LP Let's Start Here. The Georgia native has joined forces with plenty of top-notch artists over the past few months like Drake, J. Cole, Flo Milli, Southside and Lyrical Lemonade. Back in April, he officially put his Concrete Boys on the map by dropping the collective's debut album It's Us Vol. 1. The project holds 16 tracks featuring fresh verses from Camo!, Draft Day, Karrahbooo, and Dc2trill.
