During the end 2022, a Brooklyn cat was caught in an attempt to hitch a ride to Orlando, Florida. TSA officers discovered the orange feline due to a unzipped suitcase which the kitty's head was slightly poking out of.
The checked bag went fluidly went through the X-ray unit on November 16th. To solve the issue, transportation officials tracked down the traveler (who said the cat belongs to his NY roommate).
Northeast TSA was kind enough to treat this kitty with a meal for the holidays, too!
Many interesting responses followed after photos were shared.
"Apparently Smells was planning to chase a big mouse he heard was running around Disneyworld," the spokesperson said in a follow-up tweet.
