A Chicago-area mom was celebrating her daughter’s third birthday at an indoor ziplining park. But the festivities ended in disaster when the 24-year-old mother was left dangling from the zip line with severe injuries. It happened after the harness she was wearing allegedly came loose, and part of it slipped around her neck.
