Kathmandu, Nepal, is officially home to the planet’s shortest living male teenager.
Seventeen-year-old Dor Bahadur Khapangi received his Guinness World Records certificate at a recent event held at the country’s Tourism Board. Khapangi is 73.43 centimeters, or 2 feet 4.9 inches tall. He lives with his parents and is in grade I.
His brother says Khapangi was fine when he was born but stopped growing at seven years old. Inside Edition Digital has more.
