Ralph Patricelli’s half-million-dollar home on the breathtaking Outer Banks of North Carolina was recently destroyed during a storm.
Patricelli, who lives in California, planned to spend his retirement at the house. He bought the place last August, and hadn’t spent a single night in it. The heartbroken former homeowner told Inside Edition’s Jim Moret, “I don’t have anything left except a vacant lot.”
