NYPD Imposters Steal $130K From Bronx Home

When cops showed up at a New York home, the occupants opened the door, but these weren’t real cops, according to the NYPD.

Investigators say it happened in the Bronx on November 9th. Two suspects wearing surgical masks and NYPD sweatshirts displayed a handgun and tied up two occupants in the house.

Authorities say the perps stole $30,000 in cash and $100,000 in jewelry and took off in a white BMW.
