At Least 8 Killed And Dozens Injured After Crowd Surge At Astroworld Concert

Travis Scott has said that all 2021 Astroworld Festival tickets will be refunded following this weekend’s massive and fatal crowd surge incident, according toVariety. The rapper also dropped out of a scheduled headlining performance at Day N Vegas Festival this Saturday (November 12), with sources telling Variety that Scott is “too distraught to play.”

Roddy Ricch, who played ahead of Scott at Astroworld, pledged his festival earnings to the families of those who died .

Further, Travis and Drake are being sued over the deadly Astroworld Festival incident that left 8 people dead and dozens injured. According to a report, Thomas J Henry Law confirmed on Sunday that they have filed “one of the first lawsuits in Travis Scott Astroworld festival tragedy” for 23-year-old Kristian Paredes, who was one of those “severely injured” at the concert over the weekend.
