With his first new project in two years dropping tomorrow we had the pleasure of sitting down with Bay Area rapper Offset Jim. "Rich Off The Pack" is the rapper's first solo project in 2 years and his first project since his joint album with fellow rapper ALLBLACK. Stopping by On The Radar in his new home of NYC Offset Jim broke down the wait between projects, linking with UK artist Aitch on the album, his relationship with OVO, and even spoke about some unreleased joints he has with Shoreline Mafia in the stash!
