One of the latest artists to join Rich The Kid’s “Rich Forever” imprint is none other than long time friend and singer Jay2Une. Stopping by On The Radar today the singer spoke about his longtime friendship with the rapper as well as his new single “Pull Up” future album plans + more!
Jay and Rich go all the way back to when Rich was still in his teens. A lot of the current situation between the two happened due to that brotherhood that they formed early on leading to Jay’s current deal with the rapper.
“that’s family that’s deeper than the music, I had a situation some years ago, when rich was 17/18, when I had my situation at the time he was always with my crew, he was my little brother, we became family during that time. Just the way God works now he's on the level that he's on and we always maintained what we had going on”
His latest single which features Rich & Atlanta duo Taylor Girlz has amassed over 500K views on youtube and still growing. When it came to his first new record under the label and the beginning of the new era of his career Jay expressed he wanted a song with some positive energy to kick things off.
“Well pull up it really one of my babies, my artistry is very very very diverse. I got country records pop records I come from a lot of different angels and really its about frequency and energy, I wanted to come in with a record of high frequency and positive energy.
