A first for On The Radar we sat down with Latin Trap superstar Miky Woodz in his first English Interview.
Over the past year the rapper has released his extremely successful commercial album “Los 90 Piketes” featuring the likes of J Balvin, El Alfa, Zion Y Lennox, Tainy, Wisin, Myke Towers + many more! The project, which serves as his entry into trying more commercial type records, has found him a ton of success cracking the top 10 albums on the Latin Billboard charts and peaking at 48 on the overall charts! When asked about his success over the past couple of years he expressed his gratitude for the position he has been blessed to be in and plans to keep on pushing and staying consistent no matter what.
With his latest record “Shut Up” the rapper is gearing up for his next project which will be titled “Living Life”. Speaking a bit about the new song he explained that he is just speaking nothing but facts on the song sending a real message to people out there who always want to talk about you like they know your issues, so shut up.
Coming up in the game Miky has been blessed to work alongside the likes of a plethora of reggaeton greats and stars. Most recently he linked up with J Balvin for “Pinky Ring”. As for the gems or advice he received for the star he expresses that Balvin told him to stay consistent and continue to put in that work.
