Bronx Hero Dad Loses His Two Jobs After Taking Bullets To Protect His Kids

A Bronx father has lost both his jobs after protecting his three children during a shootout at a car dealership last Monday. 39-year-old Anthony Jefferson and his three children were at a local dealership last Monday when a gunman started opening fire from the outside shattering glass as bullets entered the building.

Jefferson sprung right into action covering his three children (ages 2, 5 & 6). While the kids were unharmed Anthony was wounded 3 times by the gunfire, twice in the foot and one in his thigh. According to TMZ his wife has shared he has been fired from two of the jobs he worked including a head painter position at a maintenance company and a construction worker in NYC due to the fact that he is currently unable to work because of his injuries. While she did not reveal the names of the company the family has set up a GoFundMe for the hero father.
