BEATKING Talks "Then Leave" Success On Tik Tok, Upcoming Album "Yall Late"

Tik-Tok has quickly become a platform that has taken the music industry by storm. With records such as "Say So" by Doja Cat, and "Party Girl" by StaySolidRocky blowing up and become viral hits, one of the biggest and most unique records to become a trend comes from Houston's own BeatKing.

The H Town rapper and producer previously known for starting the infamous NSFW cucumber challenge on social media found viral success once again during the quarantine when his daughters brought to his attention that his song was gaining popularity on Tik Tok. It was then only a matter of time before the song started climbing the charts and now has over 2 MILLION videos made to it on the app.

"Its at 2 Million, I aint even have a tik tok two months ago, but I have one now because of my daughters, its crazy because that tik tok world is a whole different world, I know all the dances now"

Beatking also went on to tell us that he tries to watch as many of the videos to his song as possible but of course once the songs passed a couple thousand it became difficult, but he still tries to go and check in to see what new content has been created to his record.

Looking to the future the rapper shared with us that he is now signed to Columbia Records and is working on putting together his brand new album. This album he says is going to be his first project with a ton of major features and he is extremely excited to put it out into the world titling it "Yall Late" which he says is for all the people who just found out about him. The project will also have a ton of major features and he added on that by the time it's all done "Then Leave" will be the weakest song on the project.

"Yall Late" is set to drop some time this Fall.
