Pretty sure this is up there with every New Yorkers worst nightmares.
This week a man by the name Anthony Consiglio (@anthony_consiglio on Instagram) captured a video while driving through the Lincoln Tunnel that shows the Hudson River leaking into the underwater New York tunnel. In a scene straight out of "Daylight" with Sylvester Stallone Anthony remained calm and simply said “Well, that’s concerning,” while filming the leak.
