"I Can't Breathe" Handcuffed Black Man Killed By MPD - Cops Fired

The killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer is the latest example of a shockingly disturbing reality in America leading many to conclude it's "open season on black people" says the lawyer representing Mr. George's family.

In the video, for five minutes you can watch as a white officer presses his knee into Mr. George's neck until he eventually dies while begging to allowed to breathe. Not one police officer intervenes or tries to save his life as he struggles to breathe. Once Mr. George has taken his last breathe he is thrown onto a stretcher as his lifeless body is tossed around by cops and EMT. The lack of remorse, sympathy or value for Mr. Floyd's life, clear as day.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey was emotional during a press conference in which he described his reaction to the heart breaking video clip: "he should not have died. What we saw was horrible. Completely and utterly messed up...what I saw was wrong at every level" says Mayor Frey.

Activist Shaun King has been in the forefront on this case:
"Took the whole nation to make this happen. It’s not enough. Call the Mayor, Jacob Frey @ (612) 673-2100 and let him know how you feel and call the DA @ 612-348-5550. That's Mike Freeman. Let him know he needs to file charges immediately. Follow @GrassrootsLaw."

All four police officers involved and at the scene during Mr. Floyd's murder have been fired. Now let's wait and see if they are arrested and prosecuted for the murder.

Rest in peace George Floyd 💔 you mattered, your life mattered! You should be with us today.
