Happy Birthday in Heaven Mama Stallion!
On Saturday (May 2), Megan Thee Stallion took to social media to pen a sweet message to her late mother Holly Thomas on her birthday.
The Savage rapper posted a throwback photo of a younger her and her mother with a caption saying, “Happy birthday mama I miss you every day! I know you’re watching over me rooting for me and keeping me going. I don’t have you physically here telling me what I should do so I’ve been trying to figure it out on my own remembering all the advice and lessons you’ve taught me before. You are such a strong woman and I promise to make you proud and be one too! We love you, Holly!”
According to The Shade Room, Megan lost her mother just last year after a long standing battle with a cancerous brain tumor. This past holiday season was Megan's first time celebrating the holiday's without her mother.
Beyonce also took the time to send love to Megan's mother by re-posting the photo on her website with the caption, "Honoring Holly." This comes as a nice surprise since Bey just recently hopped on Megan's remix to her hit song Savage off of her latest project "Suga."
Her mama would be proud.
