Shaq Explains Why He Won't Watch Kobe's Hall Of Fame Induction

It was recently announced that Kobe Bryant would indeed be inducted into the Basketball Hall Of Fame in it' 2020 class. With many people praising the move and with no doubt this being a historic moment in history, Shaq has come out explaining why he doesn't think he'll be watching the induction. On a recent episode of his podcast "The Big Podcast With Shaq", he explained that he's still dealing with the passing of his friend and that he's finally at a won't where he's ok, but watching a Hall of Fame induction could bring him back to a bad place.

"I'm actually not going to watch the Hall of Fame ceremony. On the scale of sadness from 1 to 10, I'm finally at least at a 2 now. That would bring it back to a 7, 8, 9 and I can't right now. So I don't want to see old highlights that I'm already watching now."

While the Coronavirus has been delaying plans for many things the ceremony as for now is still expected to go down on August 29th.
