Pharrell Drops $30M On Quarantine Mansion

Pharrell Williams just bought a $30 million home in Miami 🌴☀️🌊 where he will live out the rest of his quarantine.

“He had been looking for a while, but he made a move quickly because he wanted to be quarantined there,” a source tells New York Post.

The property which is is known as El Palmar is a 17,025-square-foot home sits on 3.3 acres, boasts 335 feet of waterfront and was sold to him by former Univision exec Ray Rodriguez and his wife, Liana.

The residence, where Pharrell will spend lockdown features: Nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, a library, an elevator, private staff wing, a koi pond, coral rock pathways, a pool, a boat house...yeah pretty much everything you may want.
