Leave it to Drake to be spontaneous and drop new music on the most uncommon day being February 29th.
Drake shared two new tracks, "When to Say When" and "Chicago Freestyle," just in time for a new month. "When to Say When," features Jay Z's "Song Cry," and "Chicago Freestyle" features vocals from Giveon and samples Eminem's "Superman."
