Four new Jersey students are in extremely hot water right now. This passed Tuesday a video was posted online that has since gone viral of four Newark students jumping their Basketball coach outside of their own school. As of right now the four Malcolm X. Shabazz High School students have been suspended and will be facing criminal charges. The victim is reportedly an assistant coach at the school and refused medical attention at the scene.
Newark Major Ras J. Baraka has also issued a statement about the four students:
"The actions of these students will not be tolerated and they don’t represent the majority of the school. The school and team have many great kids, who go on to college and do great things, and we’re proud of them. We support the superintendent and principal and will do whatever we can to make the rest of the year successful."
