New York City Apartment Renters No Longer Have To Pay Broker Fees!

New Survey Names Brooklyn As Most Unaffordable Place To Live In U.S.

New Yorkers rejoice! Now while we all know finding an apartment in an WHOLE task in and of itself, paying all that extra money doesnt help with the experience either. We now New York renters wont have to pay a broker fee anymore when they are renting. The ruling was apparently and on Friday and goes into effect today (Wednesday, February 12th).

However this means that some landlords may try to raise the price on their units so beware when your out there looking for your new home!
