Popeyes’ chicken sandwich is making a comeback!
The chicken sandwich which had folks traveling all over town for a bite has an official return date set for November 3.
The announcement comes two months after the sandwich officially sold out due to “unprecedented demand,” the company told USA Today. But it’ll be back “for good” next month. The company will reportedly add 400 employees at the restaurants when the sandwiches become available.
“The first time they weren’t ready,” Guillermo Perales told Bloomberg of the first time the sandwich was offered in August and employees couldn’t keep up with the extreme demand.
