When you think of superheroes the first three that come to mind are Superman, Spiderman and Batman. While Black Superman & Spiderman have been introduced in the comic, there hasn't been a black Batman as of yet (despite there being a plethora of black characters associated with the super hero).
Well DC Comics is reportedly planning on changing that by 2021. While the character of Bruce Wayne wont be changing in anyway the character is reportedly someone brand new and not even the character of Duke Thomas who was also teased to take on the cowl.
