Our very own Angie Martinez and We TV are teaming up to bring fans their new series “Untold Stories of Hip-Hop,”! The show which will feature Angie sitting down with some of the mose ICONIC names in the business, will primarily focus on everything that happens behind that scenes in Hip-Hop.
Some of the guests confirmed that Angie will be sitting down with include DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Queen Latifah, A$AP Rocky + as they share stories we've never heard before!
In a press release for the show WE TV president Mark Juris shared his excitement for the show and to bring these stories to television, “Hip Hop music and culture is at the foundation of the WE tv brand, and as the genre’s influence only continues to grow and impact the world around us, it’s incredibly important to preserve these untold stories for the culture, From our series that spotlight Hip Hop royalty to documentaries that share the true stories of artists throughout the industry, Hip Hop has formed who we are and we’re excited to take a closer look at the artists who’ve left their mark and at those who continue the legacy.”
Each episode of the show is set to be an hour long, executively produced by Angie, with the show airing sometime in the Fall but no exact premiere date.
