A Tennessee barber shop gives discounts to all kids who read books while getting their haircuts instead of being on a phone.
The barber shop owner, Jermaine Scott, says he did not like reading as a kid, so he is trying to teach his young clients the power of books. The parents of the kids think it is a great way to limit their kids' screen time and that the books spark great conversations at the shop.
