The BET Awards are on June 23rd and one person who isn’t happy is Jaquees. In a recent video on instagram, he talks about how he doesn’t understand how he isn’t nominated for a BET Award and “feels disrespected at this point”. He also brings up that maybe he has to work harder but then throws some shade to those nominated but then ends the video by saying “Nevermind.”Some of the artist that are nominated for Best R&B/Pop Artist include Chris Brown,Bruno Mars, Khalid, John Legend and Anderson Park.A day after posting the video Jacquees announced that his sophomore album Round II drops on July 19th.
The BET Awards are to be held on June 23, 2019 at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California it is set to air at 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Some of the artists performing include Billy Ray Cyrus, Cardi B, City Girls, Lucky Daye, Migos and much more.
