Cuba Gooding Jr. has surrendered to NYPD and is expected to be charged with forcible touching, PIX11 News reports.
Cuba, 51, turned himself in Thursday to investigators in the New York Police Department’s special victims division to be charged with forcible touching in connection to an incident in Manhattan that allegedly occurred at Magic Hour on Sunday. A woman claims that he touched her breast while she was giving some water to drink while he was drunk.
The actor’s lawyer said earlier Thursday that security video will exonerate the actor from allegations he groped a woman at a New York City night spot.
