The recently signed bill banning all abortions in Alabama has caused a public outrage across the country; the bill includes the banning of abortions for victims of incest and rape. The state of Georgia also followed suit with a more watered down bill regarding abortions.

Celebrities have spoken out via social media to share their opinions on the new bill that is suppose to 'protect' all pregnancies. Rihanna posted a picture on Instagram showing the men who implemented the new law stating, “These are the idiots making decisions for WOMEN in America,” she wrote. “Governor Kay Ivey…SHAME ON YOU!!!!”

Migos member Offset also chimed in comparing the abortion law to slavery. "New laws is slavory [sic]," he said. "To force a rape victim to keep a child is SLAVORY IM NOT PROUD TO SAY IM FROM AMERICA!!!" He corrected his post by adding, "I miss spelled the word fro, anger sorry yal smh."

The outrage continued, and more celebrities like Waka Flocka, Lupe Fiasco, Ava DuVernay and others joined the train of angry stars.

"Don’t move forward after reading this like everything is normal. Don’t shake your head at Alabama and then keep going about your day. Realize that this is a warning. It’s Alabama and abortion today. It’s you and your rights tomorrow. Your silence will not save you. So speak up,"director Ava DuVernay stated.

"This is awful. Outrageous. Unconstitutional," actress Kerry Washington wrote.

According to XXL, "Georgia recently put into place a fetal heartbeat bill, which bans abortion after a heartbeat is detected. The Alabama edict, which was passed earlier this month, is more strict. Titled HB 314, it restricts doctors from performing any abortion procedures within state line. If caught, doctors can be charged and face up to 99 years in prison. Cases when the unborn child is a dire health risk for the mother, ectopic pregnancies and if the "unborn child has a lethal anomaly" are the only exceptions, which means women who are victims of rape have no choice other than to have the child, under the new law."

The question now is, will other states follow suit and ban abortions?
